Preparing for the 7th RBFE: MOAF Secretary Thinley Namgyel looks at designs for installation displays for the 7th Royal Bhutan Flower Exhibition to be held in Mongar and Gyalpozhing.
Since 2015, The Ministry of Agriculture and Forests has had the privilege of fulfilling His Majesty’s Royal Command to hold an annual Royal Bhutan Flower Exhibition, as an event of national importance tied to our vision of transforming where we live into clean, safe, well-organized and beautiful places. As His Majesty has said, this too is nation building.
The past six editions of the RBFE have aspired to fulfill the spirit of the Royal Command, transforming the host dzongkhags and leaving a lasting legacy that we take pride in. Our endeavour has also been to continually raise the standard and impact of the successive editions of the RBFE
In its 7th edition to be held in Mongar and Gyalpozhing, we are delighted to have the support of Gyalpozhing College of Information Technology for the virtual component of the exhibition, which will enable the festival to transcend physical boundaries and reach audiences all over the world.
